Barry R. Lipsitz, Founder, retired
Mr. Lipsitz founded the Law Office of Barry R. Lipsitz in 1989. Prior to founding the Law Offices of Barry R. Lipsitz, Mr. Lipsitz was a partner at the intellectual property law firm of Kramer, Brufsky & Cifelli, P.C. of Southport, Connecticut from 1981 through 1989. Prior to joining Kramer, Brufsky & Cifelli, P.C., Mr. Lipsitz worked as Patent Manager for General Instrument Corporation and as Technical Litigation Analyst for Xerox Corporation. Mr. Lipsitz also worked as an Electrical Engineer for Xerox Corporation.
Mr. Lipsitz received a J.D. from Pace University School of Law, White Plains, New York in June of 1980 and a B.S.E.E. from Carnegie-MellonUniversity, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in May of 1975.
Mr. Lipsitz is admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, the State Courts of Connecticut, the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
